A Pro license covers the number of activated sites in your plan for one year from purchase, and includes plugin updates and priority support during that year. You may deactivate and move licenses between your sites at any time. When a license expires the plugin keeps working on your sites; renewing restores updates and priority support.
Licenses run yearly. We'll email a reminder before any renewal charge, and you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account.
Volant B2B Manager Suite is distributed under the GPL-2.0-or-later license, like WordPress itself. What you purchase is access to Pro downloads, updates, and support — governed by these terms.
Priority support covers installing, configuring, and using Volant B2B Manager Suite. It doesn't cover general site building, custom development, or debugging third-party plugins — though we'll always try to point you in the right direction.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Always test updates on a staging site first — that's what your extra activations are for.
